Trees continue to fascinate and inspire me. I am interested in character and (hi)story, human interaction and the fantastic convolutions that provoke pareidolia... Using pen and ink on paper or kaolin, form dominates colour and much of my work is starkly, dramatically monochrome, drawing comparisons to classic fairy tale illustrations.
