After many years in publishing I took time out from my career to study Fine Art at Oxford Brookes University, graduating with a first class honours degree in 2005.

I enjoy painting a variety of subjects and am always drawn to colour, texture, and the drama of light and shadow. While my work is largely figurative, I am keen to explore a freer, more abstract approach through a range of processes, styles and materials, including oil, acrylic, pastel, collage and printmaking.
